Lynette is the Broker/Owner of Montana One Real Estate and is the past president of the Utah Council of Residential Specialists. Lynette was born in California but moved around a lot during her childhood, graduating from Shepherd High School in Montana. After graduation, she relocated to Northern California and was a highly successful General Manager of an international security company. Lynette’s ability to negotiate and sell multi-million dollar, high level security contracts in addition to providing her clients with exceptional customer service separated Lynette from her peers. Her customer service based management and sales experience made Lynette’s transition into real estate seamless.

About Denise

Before joining the Team of Montana One Real Estate as a Licensed Agent, Denise Paszkowski was a co- owner of a very successful Michigan-based Forestry business in a predominantly male-oriented industry. She successfully navigated this landscape and brought to her clients outstanding customer service.

 

As her accomplishments and business grew , so did her confidence and sense for adventure. In 2006, she had the opportunity to relocate from Michigan to Missoula, Montana and in 2011 she set her roots in Anaconda.

 

Denise brings with her extensive experience in Sales and Customer Relations, and the desire to continually grow and pay it forward.

 

When Denise isn't making home ownership dreams come true, she enjoys spending her time fishing, camping, cooking and spending time with her husband Bill.

About Cali

Cali Vecchio/Miller is a born and raised Montana girl. She began her journey in Kalispell with a quick stint in Missoula before finishing her school years in Frenchtown.  After graduating from Frenchtown High School, she spent some time traveling and landed at beautiful Georgetown Lake about three years ago where she has settled.


Throughout the years Cali had been employed in the service industry where she was able to hone her skills working with the public.  Cali’s clients and friends often describe her as very approachable, kind, considerate, and a charismatic woman. She will listen to your requests and wishes and try her hardest to make those wishes come true.  She is driven and ready to help a neighbor, coworker, or friend she has yet to meet attain their real estate goals.  This knowledge, coupled with great communication skills has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating home-buyers and sellers, and effectively marketing the team’s listings. She enjoys spending time on the water, in the mountains and has a knack for raising plants.  When looking for a real estate agent, Cali will help you find the perfect place to call home.  

About Dean

Dean and Lynette first met over 35 years ago while he was in the Air Force.

 

His real estate experience includes being a Managing Broker for a large RE/MAX office and an Asset Manager for Lender Processing Services. As an Asset Manager, Dean was responsible for the marketing and the disposition of real estate owned residential properties on behalf of a third party client. Estimated sales volume of over 1,800 residential homes valued at over $230,000,000.

 

Responsibilities included developing market strategies including list price, repair proposals and return on investment for repairs. He approved and coordinated repairs and improvements to ensure the homes were ready for marketing. Dean revised marketing strategies and list prices as needed, negotiated offers and contracts on behalf of clients, and monitored approved contracts to ensure timely closing of property.

 

This has given Dean real estate experience that is unparalleled to what most will ever obtain in the industry.
