Lynette is the Broker/Owner of Mountain View Real Estate and is the past president of the Utah Council of Residential Specialists. Lynette was born in California but moved around a lot during her childhood, graduating from Shepherd High School in Montana. After graduation, she relocated to Northern California and was a highly successful General Manager of an international security company. Lynette’s ability to negotiate and sell multi-million dollar, high level security contracts in addition to providing her clients with exceptional customer service separated Lynette from her peers. Her customer service based management and sales experience made Lynette’s transition into real estate seamless.

About Dean

Dean and Lynette first met over 35 years ago while he was in the Air Force.

 

His real estate experience includes being a Managing Broker for a large RE/MAX office and an Asset Manager for Lender Processing Services. As an Asset Manager, Dean was responsible for the marketing and the disposition of real estate owned residential properties on behalf of a third party client. Estimated sales volume of over 1,800 residential homes valued at over $230,000,000.

 

Responsibilities included developing market strategies including list price, repair proposals and return on investment for repairs. He approved and coordinated repairs and improvements to ensure the homes were ready for marketing. Dean revised marketing strategies and list prices as needed, negotiated offers and contracts on behalf of clients, and monitored approved contracts to ensure timely closing of property.

 

This has given Dean real estate experience that is unparalleled to what most will ever obtain in the industry.
